HUM whole-home audio systems work with Apple HomeView
Denver, Colorado, October 13, 2026. HUM, a Denver whole-home audio designer and installer, announced today that every HUM system works with Apple HomeView, Apple's new smart home display. Homeowners can play music from HomeView to the speakers in any room, or every room at once, with no upgrade, subscription or extra equipment from HUM.

The announcement
Apple HomeView, which Apple lists as available from November 13, 2026, plays multiroom audio over AirPlay. Every system HUM installs plays AirPlay, so the in-ceiling, in-wall and outdoor speakers HUM installs are available to HomeView from the day it ships.
With HomeView and a HUM system, a household can:
- Start music on HomeView and send it to the speakers in any room.
- Group several rooms, inside and out, to play the same music in sync.
- Let anyone in the house, including guests and family members without the app, choose music and rooms from a shared screen.
Existing HUM customers don't need to do anything. Their systems already play AirPlay. HUM will help any customer set up HomeView in their home at no charge, as part of its free in-home support.
Why it matters for homeowners
Many Denver-area homes have whole-home audio that only one dealer can change, controlled by remotes and touchscreens the family finds confusing. HUM replaces that equipment with systems that play straight from Spotify, Apple Music and AirPlay, usually keeping the speakers and wiring already in the walls.
Working with Apple HomeView follows the same idea: music in every room, controlled from devices people already know, with no subscription and no dealer lock-in.
About HUM
HUM designs and installs whole-home, multi-room and outdoor audio for homes across the Denver metro and Front Range. Speakers sit flush in ceilings and walls, music plays from the apps homeowners already use, and every system comes with free in-home support for as long as the owner has it. HUM also replaces aging Control4 and Savant music systems, often keeping the existing speakers and wiring.
